Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ocgarageconcierge.com and the services provided by OC Garage Concierge. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide garage decluttering, organization, junk removal, hauling, cleaning, and related services in Orange County. Every job is custom-quoted after we review your photos and details.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown as "starting at" are estimates, not final prices. Your custom quote is provided after we review your submission and may change if conditions differ materially from what was described. No price is binding until we confirm it with you in writing and you accept it.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to be present at the start and end of the job so you can direct what stays and what goes. Missed access may require rescheduling.

Your responsibilities

• Secure cash, jewelry, documents, and other valuables before we arrive.
• Tell us in advance about hazardous materials so we can plan appropriately.
• Confirm which items stay; once you direct an item for removal, that decision is final.

What we don't handle

We do not remove hazardous, biohazard, or structurally unsafe materials, and we do not perform structural work. We can refer you to the appropriate Orange County program for those items.

Items removed

Items you direct us to remove become our responsibility to donate, recycle, or dispose of at our discretion and in line with local requirements. We cannot return items once they have left your property.

Photos of completed work

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. These photos show the space, not your belongings or identifying details. If you prefer we not photograph your garage, just tell us before the job and we'll honor it.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance and liability

We carry general liability insurance and take care with your property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service, and we are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items you chose to keep. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Cancellation

Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
